Not a bad way to close the first set.  This set had an
interesting Gin in it -- with horns.  Very free-jazzy.

Opening standard.  Mike's solo section ain't that grand
(he's very mellow in here).  The first time Trey hits "the
Note" it is kind of off key and blgh.  Not pretty.  Second
time is a little better, and he is reasonably active, but
does nothing terribly impressive.  Charge starts at 5:15.

Screaming, then "Boy" at 5:34, and the horns come in.  The
horns in here sound very familiar.  I can't place where
I've heard these same horn lines.  Damn.  The WUDMTF lines
sound a little strange to my ears in this version.. the
pitch is just strange.  Could be the tapes...

Tramps segment at 7:51.  Lotsa Page as usual.  Typically
good Page.. no horns.  Trey comes in.

Jam segment starts at 9:25.  Some Wilson teases from Mike
(DOOM DOOM [pause] DOOM DOOM).. he keeps it up for a bit.
Trey jams shakily at first, but is trilling like mad after
about a minute.  Buried Alive tease at almost 11 mins
(from Trey).  Then the horns come in.  Trey is wailing
away majestically in here.. just constant noodling and
trilling.  Horns, Mike, Page and Fish are accompanying
excellently.  Trey is really out of control in here,
fiercely wailing, all over the 'doc... great version!!

At 12:45 ish it's Bass and Drums time, already, with a
nice, repetitive groove from Mike at first, which he warps
and funks around a bit.  Some serious stuff from Mike..
niiiice.  Great accompaniment from Fish in here, as well.

WUDMTF vocals and vocal jamming (accompanied) starts up
around 14 minutes.  There's a theme from Trey in the vocal
jam, but I can't place it.  Otherwise, it is a typical
hum-dinger hum-dinger dinger ding ding vocal jam, with the
usual cast of Bow Bow Bows and Bop-wop-bop-ba
baaaaaahhhs.  I think some of the horn players may have
got in on this, fwiw.  At 16:44, they harmonize a bit on
"aaaaah" sounds, and it ends at 17:04.

Great stuff from everyone in here. Above average 'cause of
the horns and Trey's fearsomeness (I think this version
beats the ALO version, for example..). (B rating)
