A sick show at the Flood Zone!!! This place is totally cool.. having heard
the
tapes from the last one I had high hopes. The management people are very
nice too, they let us send in a money order and they put our names
on the reserved ticket list. THIS is the way to go!!! No service charges,
no waiting in line or on the phone... 9 bucks to see Phish treats me
right!

Anyway here is my from-memory hatchet-job setlist. Most of the songs they
played should be here but probably in the wrong order. I know I forgot
a few. They did the Awww fuck and fall down hand signals... kind of funny
cuz when they did the Aww fuck, it looked like most people got the cue
but hardly anyone fell down for the other one ??

Here 'tis:

Set I: Poor Heart
It's Ice (with HOT jam in the middle !! Totally different from
                 the last one I heard)
       Maze (with funky intro)
       Sparkle
       Wilson
       Dinner
       Bouncing
       Rift
       Guelah
       Bowie

(That is definitely out of order after the first two.)

Set II: Jim
Weigh (Is this song reworked or do I just not remember it very
well?
I was totally into it, very funky!! I don't remember liking
it very much last time I heard it).
Man Who Stepped ..-> Alvenu -> .. into yesterday (long & sweet!)
        Landlady
        Fluffhead (choice, as always!)
        Llama
        Horn
Glide (this might have been 1st set)
        Mike's Song -> Hydrogen -> Groove

Again the order is a mess. Some of that 1st set stuff could have been
second set.

E: Blue Danube (??)... instrumental, they kept playing bits, stopping,
         playing more parts... fun
    Squirming Coil

I heard 'em warming up or soundchecking with Ice for a long time so I was
pretty psyched to hear it! 'course they also were playing Silent in the
Morning and that didn't get played.

Anyway very very sweet show, tapes anyone?? Please?? :-)

Well, gee whiz. I mean, the comments were great and everything, but the
accolades just didn't seem up to what I thought was the best set I've ever
seen, that it, set II of the 7-16-92 show at the Floodzone in Richmond.
SO&M
at Trax was crazy, and the 45 opener at Merriwhether was a hot slam of
funky
jam, but man oh man!! That Fluffhead? Alvenu? the llama? The whole set
was loopier than imaginable.  SOMEONE out there must have taped the show;
I
made up tape labels for the show and they all seem to have been grabbed
up.
Please, please. grovel. Just that one set. I'd stand on my head in
jello
and whistle Harpua through peanut butter for it. Tanx.......Ellis :-0
